Update FME

Install the latest build (if possible) to ensure that you are using the most recent version of FME. If you wish to keep your older FME installation, you can install the latest build into a different folder.

Request Technical Support

If you were not able to resolve the issue and need further technical support, please contact our support team.
Please provide the following information (as applicable), in order to help us to provide a timely response:

  • FME Workspaces
  • Log Files
  • FMEReport.html (See here for a guide to generating a system information report)
  • Source and Destination Datasets ( or a small sample of data)
