Search the Community Knowledge Base for information regarding your issue. There are many types of articles that may help troubleshoot including how-to guides, tutorials, and known issues.

FME Community Forum
The Community Forum is the question and answer site for FME users. Post a question for others in the FME community.

Update FME

Ensure that you are using the most recent build of FME by installing the latest build (if possible). You can install the latest build into a different folder if you wish to keep your older FME installation.
 

Request Technical Support
If you were not able to resolve the issue and need further technical support, please contact our support team.
Please provide the following information (as applicable), in order to help us to provide a timely response:

  • FME Workspaces
  • Log Files
  • FMEReport.html (See here for a guide to generating a system information report)
  • Source and Destination Datasets ( or a small sample of data)
