Introduction
On January 1, 2026, Dropbox updated their API servers to use certificates issued from a new root. As a result, the legacy DropboxConnector no longer works in any version of FME. Any workflow using the legacy connector will produce an error, see the Support section below for details based on your FME version.

To ensure continued functionality, you must update your workflows to use the latest DropboxConnector. The new Dropbox Connector is available on the FME Hub, or you can download the latest version directly. This updated connector is required to remain compatible with any changes to the Dropbox API.
