Issue

When a published table User Parameter is viewed on Flow, it renders as a text field. Default values set by FME Form are honored and work as expected when the workspace is run, but they can't be edited on Flow in a user-friendly way.

Example

Take the following table User Parameter on Form with default values as shown:

It is displayed as follows on Flow:

Steps to Take

There is no workaround at this time. We recommend making sure table parameters are unpublished if they are used, so they don't appear in FME Flow.

To unpublish a parameter in FME Workbench, first right-click User Parameters and click Manage User Parameters.

Click in the area highlighted in green to select the table parameter (not one of its cells), and then uncheck Published.

This will allow the User Parameter to be used in FME Form but not FME Flow.
