Purging FME Flow Log Files

Considerations

FME Flow (formerly FME Server) generates log files for every workspace run and system component restart. Over time, these logs can accumulate and take up significant disk space, particularly when using real-time services like the KML network link service.

Why This Happens

  • Each workspace execution in FME Flow creates a log file
  • System components generate logs when restarted
  • Some services, like real-time processing, produce a higher volume of logs

How to Manage It

To prevent excessive log accumulation, use the System Cleanup tools under Admin > System Configuration.
