Known Issue: Duplicate engine hosts will request double engines

Symptom

The FME Server license page has duplicate engine hosts (in different cases).

Adjusting the engine count for either duplicated host will apply to both hosts.

This causes the UI to look like it's requesting double the number of engines and will impact licensing requests.

The correct number of engines will be visible below.

Cause

This situation has been observed to happen if distributed engines are reinstalled on a host but a different case for the hostname was used during installation.

Resolution

1. Shutdown / Stop the FME Engines on the distributed engine host.

2. Refresh the Hosts panel on the Engine management page.

3. Remove one of HOST-B (HOTH) or host-b (hoth).

4. Start the FME Engine on the distributed engine host again.

5. Refresh the Hosts panel on the Engine management page.
