Introduction

When you submit a Support Case, it's helpful to provide details about your FME product's license, build, and version, which may be located in different areas depending on your operating system and FME product. For FME versions predating FME 2022.2, you can also identify the FME edition.

FME Form (formerly FME Desktop)

Accessing

  • Windows: Select Help > About FME from the top menu bar.
  • mac OS: FME Workbench (or other Form product) > About FME Workbench (or other product) on the top menu bar.
  • Linux/Unix: From the FME installation directory, run the following command:
./runfme
