FME Version

This issue has be resolved as of FME 2018.0 as the method of installing files has changed, if you are still experiencing this issue in FME 2018.1+, please contact Support

Symptom

After installing FME Server and opening the Web User Interface, the repositories are empty. The installation should provide Samples and Utilities.

Cause

This can be caused by an installer error or by installing the software with a distributed setup and skipping some installation steps.

Resolution

To correct this, you can manually add the repositories back by running the Install Scripts provided in your FME Server installation. The instructions for this can be found in the FME Server documentation: Post-Configuration Scripts

Once added, open the FME Server Web User Interface and select Repositories. You should see new entries in the list. Please see FME Server Troubleshooting: Clean-up Tasks for other troubleshooting methods.
