Issue

This issue was first encountered in FME 2021.1(b22606), affecting users with Oracle 11g(11.2.0.4 supports end Dec 2023). This issue affects all interactions with both Reader and Writer translations with Oracle 11g Databases.

The following error messages are displayed for Oracle Spatial Readers and spatial filters.

ORA-29902: error in executing ODCIIndexStart() routine

ORA-13208: internal error while evaluating [window SRID does not match layer

SRID] operator

 

For Oracle Spatial Writing, the following error message is displayed.

ORA-29875: failed in the execution of the ODCIINDEXINSERT routine

ORA-13365: layer SRID does not match geometry SRID

ORA-06512: at "MDSYS.SDO_INDEX_METHOD_10I", line 720

 

Cause

Bad SQL Queries are constructed for reading and writing and have different subsequent effects. 

 

Resolution

Upgrade to FME 2022.2.2 (build 22767 and newer)
