"message" : "Last week\u2019s rainfall has caused levels to rise and remain high in the Minor Watercourses in North Kesteven. Further rainfall is forecast for the next the few days which could cause river levels to begin to rise. Watercourses in the area remain high, and will continue to flood nearby low lying land and roads over the next few days. We are monitoring river levels. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses, and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded. This message will be updated Friday 25 October, or as the situation changes." ,
